Created in the late 1970s at the Aviary Bar in the Kuala Lumpur Hilton. One of the few classic Tiki cocktails that prominently features Campari.
Ingredients
- dark rum 1.5 oz
- campari 0.75 oz
- pineapple juice 1.5 oz
- lime juice 0.5 oz
- simple syrup 0.5 oz
Instructions
Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a double rocks glass over crushed ice. Garnish with a pineapple slice and mint sprig (optional).
